Responsibilities
- Own Payroll & Benefits Execution across all domestic and global entities
- Drive HR Compliance, policies, and filings across multiple jurisdictions
- Build scalable onboarding and offboarding processes to accelerate productivity
- Lead HR integration workstreams for M&A, from due diligence through integration
- Systematize HR operations through HRIS optimization, automation, and SOPs
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Operations, and M&A teams
Requirements
- Proven experience leading HR Operations in a high-growth or acquisition-heavy environment
- Deep expertise in payroll, benefits, and multi-state HR compliance
- Experience integrating multiple acquisitions and standardizing processes
- Strong systems mindset with experience in HRIS and automation
- Ability to operate with urgency and precision in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and strong business acumen
