Director, Institutional Trade Execution

Responsibilities

• Execute buy and sell orders on behalf of institutional clients
• Execute orders passed by Sales Traders and report execution in a timely fashion
• Source liquidity from other brokers/clients and build a database of available block securities
• Manage order distribution within the execution team
• Ensure adherence to legal, compliance, risk management policies, and regulations
• Prepare daily and weekly call reports for the Head of Desk
• Maintain high standards of professional execution to differentiate FAB from competitors
• Assist the trading department in converting institutional client leads by marketing trading capabilities and intelligence flow

Requirements

• Graduate degree in finance, marketing, or economics
• 4 years of experience in relationship management
• At least 3 years of experience in a brokerage firm
• Broker-dealer experience preferred
• Strong relationship management and business development skills
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of ESCA and UAE market regulations
• Understanding of local and international regulatory best practices
