Director, International Business Development, Middle East & Asia Pacific (C5ISR)

Responsibilities

• Oversee a 3-year global new business pipeline
• Contribute to achieving and surpassing international annual operating plan targets
• Lead globally distributed, cross-functional teams to pursue complex international C5ISR opportunities
• Drive strategic enterprise-level campaigns that integrate capabilities across sectors
• Shape long-term business strategy and advance differentiated, AI-enabled solutions
• Strengthen market positioning through senior-level customer engagements and thought leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 15 years of prior related experience
• Graduate Degree with a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience
• 19 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree
• Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-year pipelines in defense, aerospace, or advanced technology sectors
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex international pursuits and collaborate with global teams
• Strong strategic thinking with expertise in integrating advanced technologies into new solution offerings
• Excellent communication skills and experience influencing enterprise-level growth strategies
