About the role
Responsibilities
- Architect, communicate, and implement a multi-year learning agenda for all levels of talent
- Design and oversee high-impact onboarding, consulting foundation academies, and technical development pathways
- Develop cohort-based leadership development programs focused on practice building and commercial acumen
- Manage and track compliance of Continuing Professional Education and industry certifications
- Establish standardized cultural onboarding frameworks for M&A talent integration
- Modernize the firm's learning ecosystem through interactive workshops and micro-learning
- Define qualitative and quantitative KPIs measuring learning effectiveness and talent retention
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in learning, organizational design, or human capital management
- At least 5+ years within a professional services environment
- Proven track record of influencing senior partners and executive stakeholders
- Mastery of modern adult learning principles and performance consulting
- Proven success in mentoring, coaching, and developing team members
- Bachelor's degree required
