Director, Medical Information

Responsibilities

• Lead Medical Information activities aligned with Medical Affairs priorities
• Manage medical information contact center vendors, including contracts and performance
• Oversee standard response letters, FAQs, and responses to unsolicited inquiries
• Manage inquiry workflows, content systems, procedures, and quality metrics
• Serve as escalation point for complex requests and guide vendors and colleagues
• Partner with Pharmacovigilance and Quality on safety reports and complaints
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on content review and scientific training
• Analyze inquiry trends to inform medical strategy and educational resources

Requirements

• PharmD, PhD, MD, or another relevant advanced clinical or scientific degree
• At least 7 years of pharma or biotech experience, including 5 in Medical Information
• Experience leading medical information operations and outsourced contact centers
• Strong scientific writing and clinical data interpretation skills
• Knowledge of scientific exchange, off-label inquiries, safety reporting, and privacy

Preferred Qualifications

• Psychiatry or neuroscience experience
