About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute medical marketing initiatives supporting commercialization of DT120
- Lead KOL engagement strategy, including identification, segmentation and relationship development
- Lead advisory board planning and execution, including objectives, attendee selection and insight capture
- Lead medical congress strategy and execution, including sponsorships, exhibits and symposia
- Partner with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Commercial and Regulatory teams
- Direct external agency partners and vendors for congresses, advisory boards and scientific communications
- Synthesize insights from KOL interactions, advisory boards and congresses to drive strategy
- Lead scientific communication materials that strengthen awareness and launch readiness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
- Minimum 10 years in pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare industry
- Experience in medical marketing, medical affairs operations, scientific communications or launch support
- Understanding of pharmaceutical regulations governing scientific exchange and promotion
- Experience leading KOL programs, advisory boards and medical congress activities
- Ability to lead initiatives and influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
- Ability to synthesize complex clinical and market data into actionable strategies
- Ability to travel, averaging 20-30%
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree
- Launch experience in the U.S. pharmaceutical market
- Experience in CNS / psychiatry, specialty pharmaceutical or complex treatment categories
- Experience with REMS products or novel treatment delivery models
