About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team across telephony, email, chat and digital channels
- Build and coach a bench of people managers
- Set team structure and staffing plans with functional and People leadership
- Own operational performance and set goals for quality, speed and member satisfaction
- Establish and monitor metrics including volume, resolution rates and quality scores
- Collaborate with clinical leadership on medication optimization and cost savings
- Partner with product and engineering teams on tools the care team relies on
- Lead the team through organizational growth and evolving ways of working
Requirements
- 7 or more years in contact center, pharmacy operations or healthcare services operations
- Experience managing managers or leading multi-team organizations
- Experience leading frontline teams of 20 or more people
- Strong operational and analytical mindset
- Experience partnering with product and engineering teams
- Excellent communicator with senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- Pharmacy, PBM or healthcare services background
Benefits
- Compensation of $155,000 - $190,000 annually, plus bonus and equity
