About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as primary operational partner for Sales, Marketing, Finance and Customer Success leadership
- Own revenue operations including forecasting, pipeline hygiene, NRR and churn analysis
- Serve as primary architect and administrator for Salesforce and Nue CPQ
- Manage the Planhat-to-Salesforce data flow and GTM system integrations
- Lead, mentor and direct a small team; establish intake and sprint cadences
Requirements
- 6+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or Business Systems in B2B SaaS
- 3+ years team lead or managerial experience
- Advanced Salesforce architecture, Flows and integration experience
- Hands-on CPQ administration experience
- Experience administering Customer Success platforms integrated with CRM
- Strong understanding of SaaS revenue metrics (ARR, NRR, GRR)
