About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve graduate employment goals
- Oversee training, coaching, and performance of Career Services staff
- Partner with Corporate Alliance, Graduate Success, and Education teams
- Identify employment opportunities and cultivate employer relationships
- Provide career coaching and job readiness support to graduates
- Ensure departmental compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
- Lead, coach, and develop team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 years of experience in recruiting, career services and employment assistance, or in sales
- Ability to professionally communicate fluently in verbal and written English
- Ability to contribute to a diverse and inclusive work environment
- Computer literacy/basic computer skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Director level experience
- Strong analytical skill set
- Proficient in MS Office and Microsoft Teams
