About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and execute the enterprise customer data roadmap
- Establish standards for data quality, safety, and regulatory privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
- Oversee research initiatives focused on customer behavior and market trends
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales leaders to integrate data-driven insights into business strategy
- Oversee development of internal tools, data catalogs, and self-service dashboards
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of data analysts and scientists
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, market research, or data management
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a direct team management role
- Hands-on experience with modern data platforms and advanced SQL
- Experience with enterprise BI and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Proven track record of navigating complex regulatory privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters or advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, or Information Systems
