Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Development team, translating strategy into annual priorities and execution plans.
• Oversee stewardship for institutional funders, foundations, and major donors to ensure high-quality engagement.
• Strengthen CRM systems, pipeline management, and fundraising analytics to enable data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success leading nonprofit development teams with multiple direct reports.
• Significant experience managing donor stewardship programs for institutional and major donors.
• Proven ability to build scalable fundraising systems and operational processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in nonprofit management, public administration, or international development.
• Professional certifications in fundraising or nonprofit leadership.
• Experience working with organizations operating in Africa.
