About the role
Responsibilities
- Operationalize digital experience signals into engineering and product triage with quantified impact
- Lead the Experimentation Center of Excellence across digital, CRM and on-platform experiences
- Own enterprise BI strategy and governed KPIs for restaurant, finance and franchise reporting
- Define data quality SLAs, monitoring and incident response for analytics pipelines
- Own the Databricks analytics roadmap, Unity Catalog, semantic models and Genie AI spaces
- Manage Databricks and implementation partners, vendors, budgets and ROI
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team spanning digital analytics, BI and data engineering
Requirements
- 12+ years in analytics, BI, data engineering or applied decision science
- 6+ years leading enterprise teams and platforms
- Deep SQL expertise and data modeling, pipelines and semantic layers
- Hands-on Databricks Lakehouse, Unity Catalog and AI/BI experience
- Experience with Amplitude or equivalent digital analytics and experimentation platforms
- Ability to ground natural-language analytics in certified data with guardrails
- Executive and franchise-level communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- QSR, retail or multi-unit franchise experience
- Experience with POS, kiosk, aggregator and loyalty system integrations
- Exposure to forecasting, optimization or recommendation systems
- Experience embedding Genie experiences in Microsoft Teams
- Customer data platform and Customer 360 modernization experience
