About the Company
Arootah is a talent solutions firm purpose-built for the alternative investment industry. We advise and we execute, covering the full talent spectrum from entry to exit across five services: Talent Acquisition, Fractional Leadership, Talent Development, Retention & Compensation, and Transition.
Responsibilities
- Provide advice and guidance to clients regarding Family Office management needs
- Improve processes for optimal flow of operations
- Support the execution of effective monthly action plans
- Identify internal and contextual roadblocks and break goals into actionable steps
- Implement policies, procedures, and control measures
- Review, analyze, and report on client tools and resources to ensure industry best practices
- Evaluate client advancement toward goal actualization through KPIs and scoring matrices
- Maintain and share detailed and accurate records of consulting results
Requirements
- 7+ years of previous experience within a Family Office
- In-depth knowledge of current regulatory environments
- Expert level industry knowledge within the alternatives space
- Expert written and verbal communication skills
- Expert collaborative, analytical, and research skills
- Ability to thrive in data-driven decision-making environments
