About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and update the demand-generation strategy, including market sizing and CAC/LTV economics
- Build and defend B2B vs. B2C revenue mix plans using data
- Originate and close enterprise and government-adjacent contracts
- Structure and negotiate commercial terms, SLAs, and volume commitments
- Design and run structured growth experiments across channels and pricing
- Oversee the marketing function to ensure brand activity drives commercial outcomes
- Track competitor moves, pricing changes, and regulatory developments
Requirements
- 8+ years in growth, commercial, or B2B partnership roles
- Hands-on experience in ride-hailing or mobility sectors
- Proven track record of closing complex B2B deals in the UAE or GCC
- Strong quantitative skills for building commercial models and interpreting funnel data
- Experience managing marketing or content functions
- Deep understanding of the UAE business landscape and government procurement
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a significant advantage
