About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead security service delivery across a managed services portfolio of higher education clients
- Directly manage CISOs and security analysts
- Provide client-facing security guidance and support sales efforts
- Coordinate security commitments with Customer Success, Infrastructure, ERP Services, Help Desk, PMO and Professional Services
- Evaluate market needs and competitive offerings to guide the security service line
