- Lead the transition of the IT function from a reactive help desk to a modern IT Engineering team
- Build durable engineering practices and mentor the IT team
- Set a multi-year strategy for managing the corporate technology stack with rigor
- Implement infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and automation-first workflows
- Drive agentic and AI-driven operations
- Represent IT to the rest of the business while remaining hands-on with technical work
