About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and multi-year roadmap for the Award Management suite
- Build, lead, and develop a team of product managers
- Define and execute a multi-platform strategy across the Award Management portfolio
- Partner with engineering leadership to plan platform migrations and modernization
- Represent the Award Management strategy to the executive team
- Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success on packaging and pricing
- Lead customer and market discovery across research institutions
- Champion Agile practices across the product management team
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B product management experience, including team leadership
- Proven experience executing product strategy in a B2B SaaS company
- Skilled in Agile environments across distributed teams
- Experience with platform migrations or product consolidations
- Track record of setting roadmap priorities based on customer needs and business impact
- Experience in research administration, higher education, or grants management software
- Familiarity with the sponsored project lifecycle
- Experience at a PE-backed company
