Director of Product Management, Award Management

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and multi-year roadmap for the Award Management suite
• Build, lead, and develop a team of product managers
• Define and execute a multi-platform strategy across the Award Management portfolio
• Partner with engineering leadership to plan platform migrations and modernization
• Represent the Award Management strategy to the executive team
• Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success on packaging and pricing
• Lead customer and market discovery across research institutions
• Champion Agile practices across the product management team

Requirements

• 8+ years of B2B product management experience, including team leadership
• Proven experience executing product strategy in a B2B SaaS company
• Skilled in Agile environments across distributed teams
• Experience with platform migrations or product consolidations
• Track record of setting roadmap priorities based on customer needs and business impact
• Experience in research administration, higher education, or grants management software
• Familiarity with the sponsored project lifecycle
• Experience at a PE-backed company
