About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the MSP product strategy grounded in market research and customer insights
- Define success metrics for adoption, operational impact and business results
- Drive the integration roadmap across PSA and RMM platforms
- Work with Operations to automate high-volume, high-cost work
- Talk directly with MSP partners through interviews and sales calls
- Shape pricing and packaging using business cases and unit economics
- Partner with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success on go-to-market
- Hire, coach and develop product managers
- Build a product development process with Engineering
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience
- At least 3 years building products sold to or through MSPs
- Deep understanding of how MSPs make money
- Experience leading people
- Experience taking AI or LLM features into production
- Familiarity with PSA, RMM and IT documentation platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with ConnectWise, Autotask/Datto, HaloPSA, N-able, NinjaOne or Kaseya
- Experience working at an MSP or IT service provider
- Experience building technology-enabled services where automation improves gross margin
