Director of Product Management

Responsibilities

• Define and own the strategic direction, vision, and multi-year roadmap for assigned product portfolios
• Identify market opportunities, competitive threats, and customer needs to inform investment decisions
• Own product business outcomes including revenue growth, adoption, retention, and market share
• Develop pricing, packaging, monetization, and commercialization strategies
• Lead, coach, and evaluate a team of Product Managers and a Product Designer
• Partner with Executive Leadership, Engineering, and Finance to align product strategy with company objectives
• Oversee go-to-market strategy and launch readiness for major product initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of Product Management experience
• Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience managing product organizations
• Minimum 5 years of experience serving Credit Unions, Banks, or Fintechs
• Experience delivering products in areas such as digital banking, Core Banking, ACH, or card processing
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment
