About the role
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end patient journey strategy and roadmap for a 16-week contract
- Maintain continuity on the existing roadmap and make day-to-day prioritization calls
- Align product managers, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Clinical teams
- Track conversion, activation, therapy adherence, renewal, and retention metrics
- Run experiments and use AI tools to accelerate discovery and delivery
- Document decisions and prepare a handoff for the returning Director
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience
- Track record owning strategy and roadmap for a complex product area
- Ability to ramp quickly into an existing roadmap
- Experience with multi-stage customer or patient journeys
- Strategic thinking and cross-functional influence without authority
- Comfort with funnel, cohort, and experiment data
- Availability to start by 11/20 for 16 weeks
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare, telehealth, or subscription consumer health experience
- SQL proficiency
- Health insurance workflows, HIPAA, or clinical operations experience
- Interim or fractional product leadership experience
