About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee organisation-wide programme strategy
- Translate strategic objectives into programmes, projects and measurable outcomes
- Coordinate cross-divisional programme design and implementation
- Establish programme governance, delivery standards and reporting
- Monitor progress, risks, dependencies and budgets across the portfolio
- Build relationships with governments, international organisations and partners
Requirements
- Strong programme and project management capability
- Excellent strategic planning and organisational skills
- Leadership and multi-team coordination experience
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline
- PMP, PRINCE2, MSP or equivalent certification
- Experience with climate change, sustainability or emerging technology programmes
