About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle across technical, operational, and customer-facing roles
- Build strong talent pipelines and partner with hiring leaders to support rapid growth
- Manage 10-20 active requisitions simultaneously, supporting approximately 70+ annual hires
- Handle a mix of hourly technician-level field and repair roles and strategic salaried leadership hires
- Deliver a service-oriented candidate experience that reflects company values
- Continuously improve recruiting processes to support operational excellence
Requirements
- Strong operational discipline and proactive sourcing skills
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining hiring quality
- Experience managing both high-volume hourly roles and strategic salaried positions
