Director of Regulatory Compliance- Large Group Health Insurance

Responsibilities

• Build, own, and scale the company's regulatory compliance function during a pivotal period of multi-state expansion.
• Serve as the primary subject-matter expert on state Department of Insurance (DOI) requirements, position, filing obligations, and licensing.
• Establish compliance infrastructure, policies, and monitoring processes to support new-state entry and ongoing operations as a fully insured carrier.
• Work cross-atically cross-functionally with Actuarial, Legal,
• Product, Claims, Product, Network/Provider Relations, and Sales to ensure that Evry Health's products, and operations, and market conduct meet all applicable state and federal insurance regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in state Department of Insurance (DOI) requirements, filing obligations, and licensing.
• Proven experience in building and scaling compliance functions within the following areas: health insurance,- health insurance,
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Act-uarial, Legal, Product, Claims, Network/Provider Relations, and Sales.
• Hands-on, individual-contributor-to-builder role: the Director will serve as ability to work cross-functionally with Act-uarial, and Sales.
• Foundational hire: Foundational hire: Foundability in an early-stage company environment.
