About the role
Responsibilities
- Keep the current sales motion running while improving close and SQL to close conversion
- Manage outbound SDRs and full cycle closers to demo and closing goals
- Coach reps through call reviews, role plays and joining live calls
- Automate cold outbound and inbound motions and use AI to increase team efficiency
- Own tradeshow execution, staffing and post-show lead conversion
- Design spiff and incentive plans within budget
Requirements
- 10+ years in sales, including 3+ years in sales management
- Proven record at a technology company
- Experience managing a remote sales team
- Implemented an AI or automation tool for a sales team
- Strong forecasting and reporting in HubSpot or similar CRM
- Experience hiring and ramping reps in cohorts
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to independent retailers or in a marketplace
- Experience managing outsourced outbound or lead gen partners
- Tradeshow sales experience
