Director of Sales

Responsibilities

• Keep the current sales motion running while improving close and SQL to close conversion
• Manage outbound SDRs and full cycle closers to demo and closing goals
• Coach reps through call reviews, role plays and joining live calls
• Automate cold outbound and inbound motions and use AI to increase team efficiency
• Own tradeshow execution, staffing and post-show lead conversion
• Design spiff and incentive plans within budget

Requirements

• 10+ years in sales, including 3+ years in sales management
• Proven record at a technology company
• Experience managing a remote sales team
• Implemented an AI or automation tool for a sales team
• Strong forecasting and reporting in HubSpot or similar CRM
• Experience hiring and ramping reps in cohorts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling to independent retailers or in a marketplace
• Experience managing outsourced outbound or lead gen partners
• Tradeshow sales experience
