About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and implement innovative skills development and continuous education programs, including micro-credentialing initiatives
- Collaborate with academic departments, industry partners, and government entities to identify emerging skills gaps
- Oversee accreditation, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of all non-degree programs
- Develop and execute a strategic vision for the Center for Skills Development and Continuous Education
- Establish partnerships with local and international organizations to enhance program offerings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry leaders, employers, and professional associations
- Manage the budget, resources, and staffing of the Center
- Leverage technology to deliver flexible learning opportunities, including online and hybrid programs
Requirements
- Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in education, training, or workforce development
- At least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful skills development programs
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Ph.D. in a relevant field
