OpenSesame builds and scales enterprise learning solutions globally, working with leading LMSs, LXPs, and HR platforms to deliver impactful learning experiences.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the global partner strategy and lead a team of Strategic Partner Managers
- Architect a scalable, tiered partner ecosystem to fuel indirect revenue and GTM motions
- Conduct SWOT analyses of the partner program to identify growth blockers and expansion opportunities
- Deliver a three-year partner ecosystem strategy including revenue milestones and resourcing needs
- Build and launch internal and external partner reporting systems to track performance and pipeline
- Lead complex partnership opportunities including structuring models and executive negotiations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to unlock growth
Requirements
- Proven track record of building systems, leading teams, and scaling ecosystems
- Experience driving results through strategic partnership management
- Ability to travel approximately 25% for partner engagements and leadership collaboration
- Demonstrated ability to connect strategy to execution and opportunity to revenue
