About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with UKB's mission and strategic goals
- Oversee budget preparation, financial planning, and analysis for all university departments
- Direct and coordinate administrative operations including human resources, facilities management, and procurement
- Implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all departments
- Liaise with government entities, donor partners, and other stakeholders
- Provide leadership and coaching for the university's strategic and institutional policy processes
Requirements
- Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Education, Business Administration, or Strategic Management
- Extensive experience in strategic planning and institutional development
- Experience in higher education preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven leadership and team management experience
