Director of Student Success Center

Responsibilities

• Lead the Student Success Unit and oversee the implementation of plans, programs, and initiatives aligned with strategic objectives
• Develop the Unit strategy and operational plan, monitoring implementation and evaluating objectives
• Implement programs to promote student success, persistence, retention, and graduation
• Oversee the early-alert system to identify and intervene with students at risk of academic difficulty
• Coordinate individualized student support plans with colleges and faculty
• Establish standards for student case management, referrals, and follow-up
• Oversee student guidance, advising, and orientation programs for new students
• Analyze student performance data to enhance Unit programs and services
• Supervise Unit staff and identify professional development needs
• Collaborate with academic and administrative units to improve the overall student experience

Requirements

• Master's degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, Educational Administration, Counseling, Psychology, Management, or a related field
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in higher education, student affairs, or student support services
• Demonstrated experience leading student success programs and managing early-alert systems
• Proficiency in analyzing student data and preparing performance reports
• Proven supervisory and administrative experience
• Proficiency in Arabic and English
