Director of Token Distribution & Emissions

Responsibilities

• Maintain the circulating-supply calendar including TGE float, vesting, unlocks, and validator emissions
• Model supply events against market depth on MEXC, Hydrex, and Robinhood Chain pools
• Execute Autheo-owned distribution programs such as claim portals, vesting contracts, and approved airdrops
• Track node and validator emissions against the seven-year schedule
• Publish weekly supply notes detailing unlocks and venue liquidity
• Coordinate with the VP of Exchanges and Markets Counsel on distribution timing and legality

Requirements

• Proven experience running or modeling live token distributions (vesting, claims, airdrops) after a token is trading
• Ability to reconcile contract schedules with actual free-to-sell supply
• Experience writing analysis on whether order-book depth can absorb specific supply events
• Deep understanding of validator or node emissions and on-chain rewards

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Layer-1 token launches and node programs
• Proficiency in on-chain analytics for reconciling stakes and transfers
• Familiarity with Team Finance or similar vesting/staking pool tools
• Experience observing CEX airdrop or deposit campaigns
