About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and improve the 13-week rolling cash flow forecast
- Own enterprise working capital and liquidity management
- Manage debt and lender compliance activities, including covenant calculations and borrowing base certificates
- Partner with the CFO on lender relationships and Investor Relations support
- Oversee treasury operations, banking relationships, and interest-rate hedging
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive corporate treasury experience
- At least 3 years at a leadership level (Senior Manager, Director, or comparable)
- Hands-on experience managing cash forecasting, working capital, and debt in a mid-market or large enterprise
- Experience building or redesigning treasury processes
- Experience with lender compliance reporting and financial covenant calculations
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA, CFA, or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation
- Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS)
- Experience with ERP platforms like Workday, Oracle, or NetSuite
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
- Experience supporting Investor Relations, M&A, or refinancing activity
