Director, Owned and Operated (O&O) Expansion

Responsibilities

• Lead business assessment and transition strategy for newly acquired businesses
• Evaluate talent and leadership capabilities within acquired organizations
• Drive operational implementation and change management across sales and care delivery
• Stabilize performance and create a path to growth through coaching and resource allocation
• Capture learnings to develop repeatable tools and transition frameworks

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading operational teams, business units, or multi-functional initiatives
• Demonstrated experience leading organizational change, operational transformations, or integrations
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to diagnose issues
• Experience influencing senior cross-functional stakeholders in complex environments
• Experience in healthcare, home care, franchising, or M&A integration is a plus
• MBA is a plus
