About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead regional and national payor engagement to support Amtagvi value proposition, coverage, coding and reimbursement
- Ensure payer policies aligned to label, NCCN Guidelines and clinical trial criteria
- Partner with hospitals, health systems and large group practices on financial processes and timely patient access
- Collaborate with IovanceCares Case Management and Field Sales to resolve access issues
- Present scientific and economic analyses to support product value proposition
- Track key metrics for executive dashboards measuring market access results
Requirements
- 12+ years of payor or hospital reimbursement account experience
- Relationships with commercial payor medical directors, Medicare Advantage, MACs and Medicaid stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and experience with payor CRM and policy development
- Strong leadership and experience in a complex reimbursement environment
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
- Knowledge of OIG, FDA and CMS access policies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree required

- Master's degree
- Inpatient hospital pull-through experience
- Experience in cell or gene therapy products
