About the role
About the Company
Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, a theater, a beach club, and a five-star spa.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth through strategic player development initiatives
- Identify and cultivate new high-value guest relationships
- Develop and implement market-specific acquisition and retention strategies
- Lead, supervise, and manage the Executive Host and Host teams
- Oversee VIP service standards and personalized guest experiences
- Coordinate VIP events, hosted trips, and promotional activities
- Utilize database marketing insights to identify high-potential players
- Collaborate with Marketing, Gaming Operations, and Analytics teams
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in gaming marketing, player development, or business development
- Previous leadership experience managing host teams preferred
- Experience working with international VIP markets preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Strong ability to generate revenue and grow VIP player segments
- Proficiency using CRM and gaming management systems
- Exceptional interpersonal and networking skills
