Director, Portfolio – Alternative Energy (Structured Finance)

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activity of Alternative Energy Portfolio teams including Credit Analysts, Account Executives, and Portfolio Analysts
• Perform managerial duties including hiring, performance reviews, coaching, and development
• Manage credit monitoring scorecard and approval authorization levels
• Develop and document department policies and procedures
• Work with Collections, Asset Management, and Legal to implement strategies for troubled or past due accounts
• Complete Adverse Assets Reports as required
• Partner with Data Analytics team to develop portfolio reports for monitoring exposures and trends
• Coordinate responses to internal and external auditor requests

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
• Experience in Alternative Energy Portfolio, Underwriting, or Asset Management
• Knowledge of Tax Equity, Sale Lease Back, Syndication, and Participation
• 8+ years of banking or finance experience
• Required experience in collections or workouts
• Required experience in financial statement analysis
• Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior supervisory or management experience
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
• Ability to partner and influence at various levels internally and externally
