Director Priority Banking (For Future Openings) - Dubai

Responsibilities

• Meet assigned targets for revenue and deposit growth, customer acquisition and cross sales
• Initiate, develop and retain client relationships supporting unit business development goals
• Maintain CSAT score at the segment target through coordination with Customer Service teams
• Ensure full compliance with ops risk, sales process and ethical sales policies
• Manage a team of RMs where provided and direct proactive management of customer needs

Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of banking experience, preferably in sales or relationship management
• Experience in client management and leading large teams within UAE/region
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and segment needs
