Director, Private Banking - CIS

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of UHNWI and HNWI clients within the CIS segment
• Achieve superior sales revenues and AUM targets to increase market share
• Provide comprehensive investment solutions including banking, fiduciary, and portfolio management
• Acquire net new business via referrals, professional connections, and marketing initiatives
• Conduct thorough due diligence, including KYC, AML, and OFAC compliance
• Identify market opportunities and promote cross-selling between Group branches globally
• Provide high-level, personalized service to clients on a 24/7 basis

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in private banking or investment companies
• Proven track record in relationship management and business development
• Deep knowledge of private banking disciplines: Banking, Fiduciary, and Portfolio Management
• Understanding of offshore jurisdictions such as Switzerland, UK, US, and Cayman Islands
• Strong knowledge of AML, OFAC, and KYC international standards
• Ability to work independently and build extensive professional networks
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic, French, Hindi, or Urdu is highly desirable
