Director, Private Banking

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of UHNWI and HNWI clients providing personalized investment solutions
• Achieve sales revenues and AUM targets to increase market share
• Identify and segment target markets to implement strategic marketing plans
• Acquire net new business via referrals, professional connections, and marketing
• Promote cross-selling of Group products including Investment Banking and Fiduciary services
• Conduct full due diligence, KYC, and AML vetting for all prospective clients
• Monitor client portfolios for proper diversification and risk tolerance alignment
• Provide high-level service and advice to clients on a 24/7 basis

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in private banking or investment companies
• In-depth knowledge of banking, portfolio management, and fiduciary disciplines
• Strong understanding of offshore jurisdictions such as Switzerland, UK, US, and UAE free zones
• Proficiency in AML, OFAC, and KYC international standards
• Proven track record in relationship management and business development
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently and manage high-profile client relationships

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or background in Business, Economics, Marketing, or Finance/Accountancy
• Fluency in Arabic, French, Hindi, or Urdu based on client geography
• Experience in leadership roles
