Director, Private Banking - NRI

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of UHNWI & HNWI clients within the NRI segment
• Achieve sales revenues and AUM targets
• Provide bespoke investment, banking, and fiduciary solutions
• Identify and segment target markets to expand portfolios
• Acquire net new business via referrals and marketing
• Manage client due diligence, KYC, and AML compliance
• Maintain and monitor client portfolios for diversification and risk appetite
• Provide high-level service and advice to clients 24/7

Requirements

• Detailed knowledge of FAB policies, AML, OFAC, and KYC requirements
• In-depth understanding of Private Banking disciplines (Banking, Investment, Fiduciary)
• Solid understanding of various offshore jurisdictions
• Knowledge of retail, corporate, and treasury-based investment products
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently and build long-term professional relationships
• At least 5 years of experience in private banking or investment companies
• Strong commercial and financial capability

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in business, economics, marketing, MBA, or finance
• Proficiency in Arabic, French, Hindi, or Urdu
