About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the New Business case management and Agent Onboarding team
- Manage New Business and Agent Onboarding strategy and oversight of day-too day operations
- Ensure service levels and quality standards are met for Retirement retail products
- Oversee operations in a processing, money/fund management environment
Requirements
- Strong Annuity and financial services knowledge and experience
- Experience leading teams in case management and Agent Onboarding
- Passion for helping the company become a first-in-class Annuity provider
