About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive institutional adoption of multi-currency banking, FX, settlement, digital asset and treasury capabilities
- Lead and close complex, high-value institutional opportunities across exchanges, OTC desks, payment institutions, funds and fintechs
- Structure multi-entity and cross-border solutions including settlement, liquidity and custody workflows
- Develop commercial proposals, pricing structures and revenue models
- Translate institutional requirements into scalable solutions with product, treasury and engineering teams
- Shape client strategy through market mapping and expansion opportunities
- Contribute to commercial playbooks and sales methodologies
- Support development of junior talent as the organisation expands
Requirements
- 10 to 15 years of enterprise sales or institutional coverage in banking, payments, fintech or digital assets
- Proven ability to originate and close complex, high-value institutional accounts
- Strong understanding of cross-border settlement, treasury flows, liquidity and custody frameworks
- Strong financial, commercial and pricing skills
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, scaling banking environment
