Director, Sales TMTT, EEMEA

Responsibilities

• Drive the rapid expansion and scaling of the TMTT business across EEMEA
• Lead the successful introduction, launch, and adoption of TMTT innovations
• Develop and execute strategies to expand patient access through stakeholder engagement and reimbursement initiatives
• Build and scale a high-performing regional organization
• Establish Centers of Excellence and Key Opinion Leader partnerships
• Drive distributor excellence through capability building and performance management
• Serve as a key member of the EEMEA Leadership Team
• Partner with peers across Business Units and Functions to shape EEMEA strategy

Requirements

• Demonstrated success leading, developing, and scaling high-performing, geographically dispersed teams
• Proven ability to manage complexity and drive alignment across matrix teams and distributors
• Demonstrated success leading high-growth businesses or innovation launches in MedTech, cardiovascular, or Structural Heart
• Experience leading geographically diverse organizations across both direct and distributor markets
• Strong understanding of reimbursement, healthcare policy, market access, and therapy-adoption dynamics
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and healthcare leaders
