About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle sales activities from prospecting through negotiation and close
- Build and own a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities across the Middle East region
- Qualify leads and develop compelling business cases for TELUS Health solutions
- Cultivate and nurture strategic relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
- Collaborate with Customer Success Management to ensure seamless handoffs
Requirements
- 10 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota targets of $1M+
- Experience selling to large enterprise organizations
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial approach to pipeline generation
- Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region(s) as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in Arabic
- Experience selling in Middle East or emerging markets
- Knowledge of UAE psychosocial risk legislation and workplace wellbeing regulations
