About the role
Responsibilities
- Participate in financial analysis of clients and industries to identify opportunities and risks
- Develop team strategy and business plans to increase market share and relationship returns
- Assist in originating new business opportunities and pitching banking products
- Develop and execute Term Sheets, Information Memorandums, and financial modelling
- Manage P&L responsibility for the assigned portfolio
- Examine and resolve credit, market, and operational risk aspects of transactions
- Maintain credit quality and ensure all credit reviews are submitted on time
- Manage KYC and compliance requirements in line with AML policies
- Motivate, develop, and coach junior team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, economics, finance, accounting, or related discipline
- 5-10 years of relevant Corporate and Investment Banking experience
- Experience in M&A, global markets, capital markets, structured finance, or fund financing
- Strong knowledge of Sovereign Wealth Funds and Financial Sponsors dynamics
- Proficiency in financial analysis and credit analysis
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
