About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute a multifaceted channel enablement strategy aligned with revenue goals
- Architect enablement programs for VAR and MSP partners to drive ARR growth
- Align PRM and LMS for a positive partner experience
- Design and develop industry-standard certification programs and continuous education
- Collaborate with Global Channel Leadership to develop new training content
- Lead creation of dynamic on-demand channel training for internal teams
- Manage HR-related issues including hiring, career development, and performance management
Requirements
- Proven experience in Channel ecosystems
- Expertise in Instructional Design or Instructional Technology
- Minimum 5 years experience in training and development programs
- Minimum 2 years of people management experience
- Experience in IT Channel Sales (SaaS preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to learn and apply new tools and processes quickly
