About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain combined clinical and commercial forecasts within the SCMS planning tool
- Translate clinical enrollment schedules and commercial forecasts into the master production plan
- Allocate drug substance batches to clinical versus commercial end use
- Establish safety stock guidelines, lot sizing, and shelf-life policies
- Plan material requirements against bills of materials and CMO schedules
- Develop and implement planning processes within ERP and SCMS tools
- Build dashboards and KPIs such as forecast accuracy and inventory days on hand
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, supply chain, business, engineering or related field
- 10+ years of biopharmaceutical industry experience
- 7+ years in production planning, inventory control, or demand forecasting
- Hands-on ERP and SCMS planning system expertise
- Advanced Excel, SQL, and BI tool skills
- Working knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and regulatory requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree or APICS CPIM/CSCP certification
