• Own the end-end hiring process for the company and its dual-brand structure across Sapio and Sigmatic Sciences
• Attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent
• Build a scalable, brand-forward recruiting function\n- Personally drive searches for critical and senior roles
• Partner with the executive team and hiring managers to anticipate workforce needs
• Elevate the candidate experience and ensure Sapio is known as a destination for top talent in life sciences software
