Director, Technical Services EMEA

Responsibilities

• Prepare strategies and designs for data migration to be implemented by Technical Consultants
• Build tools and models for the installation and deployment of the FreeBalance Accountability Suite
• Collaborate with R&D to design interface components during implementation
• Partner with Technical and Functional Consultants to create customer training curricula
• Manage day-to-day team tasks and oversee the Operations & Maintenance team in EMEA
• Work with Project Managers to design system rollouts for decentralized operations
• Develop and manage technical tools for use by Technical Consultants
• Build scalable implementation models for Data Centre and Disaster Recovery Sites
• Ensure consistency, quality, and timeliness of customer deliveries through cross-functional collaboration
• Perform extensive international travel

Requirements

• University degree in Information Technology
• 5 years of experience managing internationally dispersed Services and Support teams
• Proven experience developing Support and Maintenance policies and procedures
• Strong Project Management experience
• Experience with open-source components like Tomcat and BIRT
• Experience with MS SQL, Oracle databases, and Windows Operating Systems
• Proficiency with goal-setting frameworks like OKRs
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to travel internationally

Preferred Qualifications

• PMI Certification
• Other relevant IT certifications
