About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the success of an expansive P2P education and promotion platform, including speaker programs and advisory boards
- Develop educational content consistent with brand strategy to drive peer-to-peer engagements
- Lead national and regional peer-to-peer programming and execution
- Partner with Medical Affairs to provide commercial perspective on publications and scientific communications
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory and legal requirements
Requirements
- 12+ years of relevant marketing or healthcare experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related fields
- Knowledge of oncology drug development and melanoma disease
- Experience in biotech or pharmaceutical commercial functions
- Ability to execute scientific marketing strategy in a resource-lean environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Cell Therapy experience
- Advanced science degree (MD, PharmD, PhD) or advanced business degree (MBA)
